US-31 Bar B Que
Aunt Marilyn's take on US 31 or WipiDip Barbeque

  1. 5 Pounds Fresh or packaged cabbage, shredded
  2. 1 Pound Onion, diced
  3. 1 Quart Dill Pickle Relish
  4. 2 Cups Ketchup
  5. 1 Cup Yellow Mustard
  6. 1 Cup Cider Vinegar
  7. 2 Cups Sugar or Splenda
  8. 1 Jar Horseradish
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large stock pot. Add your cooked meat and simmer at least 1 hour. Add water if sauce dries out.
  1. Use with chicken, turkey, beef or pork. Excellent with left over Thanksgiving turkey.This recipe makes a lot of sauce, scale it to suit your needs. It's also kind of sweet, you may want to cut back on the sugar.
