  1. 1 Pound All Purpose Flour (sifted)
  2. 1 Package Quick Rising Yeast
  3. 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  4. 1 Teaspoon Salt
  5. 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
  6. 1 Cup+ Luke Warm Water
  7. Corn Meal
  8. Bench Flour
  1. Place all dry ingredients and the oil in the bowl of a food processor and pulse serveral times to mix. With the food processor running, slowly add the warm water, process till the ball of dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Turn out dough into a greased bowl and let stand in a warm place until ready to use.
