  1. 3 Pounds 80-20 Ground Beef
  2. 1 Pound Ground Pork
  3. 1 Cup Onion, grated
  4. 4 Eggs
  5. 1 Cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
  6. 1/3 Cup A1 Steak Sauce
  7. 3 Cloves Fresh Garlic, put through a press
  8. 3 Teaspoons Dried Thyme
  9. 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  10. 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  11. 2 Tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
  1. Preheat oven to 325 Deg. F. Place all ingredients except for the bread crumbs in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands. Add the bread crumbs and mix well again. Put mixture in a Dutch Oven, cover and bake till internal temperature is 165 Deg. F. (about 50 to 60 minutes) Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
